The Bodymind Coalition is a nonprofit built by and for disabled and chronically ill young people.
We run a youth fellowship, co-create health policy, and work to put young people at the center of their own care and community.
Disabled and chronically ill young people deserve more than access. They deserve power.
The healthcare and education systems meant to support us were not built with us in mind. They rarely ask what we actually need, so they treat symptoms instead of people.
We're building something different. When caregivers and communities learn alongside us, the changes that follow in policy and culture are shaped by the young people who have to live with them.

Our 10-week virtual fellowship for disabled and chronically ill high schoolers, and for allies who want to learn how to show up. Fellows build literacy in disability justice and health equity, develop peer support and facilitation skills, and create a collective project that directly shapes the Coalition's work.
The Bodymind Coalition is an early-stage initiative currently building toward fiscal sponsorship. We are grateful for the institutional support that has made our early work possible.
